Welcome to Special Events
Special Events is primarily responsible for the planning and execution of high level events for the Chancellor and Academic Affairs. In addition to annual institution-wide events, our unit is responsible for dedications, inaugurations, and milestone events. Our events are professional in nature; however, we can provide services designed especially for your particular needs.
The office of Special Events is here to assist with all your event planning needs. You don’t need to host a major event to contract our services. We also answer quick questions through email, phone, or consultations ranging from a vendor recommendation to full-scale planning.
A service request form must be submitted to the office of Special Events before an event or rental can be considered. Each request will be reviewed individually. The office of Special Events reserves the right to decline any request that does not meet the established guidelines.
